A Healthy Lifestyle

Fruits, vegetables, and exercises are very important to us. We should have at least 5 servings of fruits and least 7 servings of vegetables each day. 20 minutes of exercise is a great substitute for 3 cups of coffee. A healthy lifestyle equals a healthy heart.

I like to walk too. Usually I like to walk in the morning. When the gentle breeze blows against my face, I feel like new.
